This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit izrada-sajtova-rs.com or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Data you send us

• through the contact form: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, estimated budget (optional) and your message;
• when you contact us by email, phone, message (Viber, WhatsApp) or social media: the information you share with us;
• during a collaboration: the information needed for the quote, contract, website development and invoicing.

Website usage data

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. Using cookies, these tools record information such as the pages you visit, the time of your visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location (city or country level), how you arrived at the website and clicks on our phone number. We use this data in aggregate form and do not use it to identify you personally.

The website footer contains an embedded Google map. When the map loads, Google may collect information about your device and IP address in accordance with its own privacy policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent given by ticking the box in the contact form.
• Website development and other agreed services – performance of a contract.
• Traffic analysis and measuring ad performance – our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and improving it, or your consent where the law requires it.
• Accounting and tax obligations – compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. This website uses Google Analytics cookies (e.g. _ga) to analyze traffic and Google Ads cookies (e.g. _gcl_au) to measure conversions. Google tags load only once you start interacting with the page (scrolling, clicking, tapping) or a few seconds after the page loads.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on and turn off personalized ads in your Google account's ad settings. The website will continue to work normally.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may only be processed by the service providers we use to run the website and communicate with you:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – forwards contact form messages to our email address;
• Google – Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Maps and email services;
• our hosting provider, which hosts the website.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

6. International data transfers

Google and FormSubmit may store and process data on servers outside Serbia, including in the United States. These providers apply the safeguards required for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

• inquiries and correspondence – as long as needed to respond and agree on a collaboration, and no longer than two years after our last contact if no collaboration is agreed;
• contracts, invoices and other business records – for the periods required by the laws of the Republic of Serbia;
• analytics data – in line with the data retention settings of our Google Analytics account.

8. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• know whether we process your data and receive a copy of it;
• request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data;
• request erasure of your data or restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs) or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

9. Data security

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and only the people working on your inquiry or project have access to your messages and business records.

10. Children

The website and our services are not intended for children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
